Let’s pick one thing at a time, what is been happening at your family’s end?
Sometimes it can be hard, especially when you have more bad things comming to you at the same time. Try to do smaller steps. Try to say ok, i will focus on my breathing. find some time to do this in peace and say,ok, i will do this yoga breathing for 15minutes today. I will focus on myself and not on my problems. After that I will get a bath and cup of tea. Take time for yourself. Get a chocolate cake. Watch a good movie. If you feel you want to cry, do that as well. You can also tell your family that all this issues are not helpful and that you feel bad. Or just say that you are sick (in case you feel afraid to tell it) and that you would need some help and support from them.
