Well you should tell him how you feel. However, if you feel things can change in future then take it slowly and spend time see where it goes

Give him reasons not to be with him tell him how his toxic behaviour can affect you...
Threaten him about complaining his parents .. and teachers
If it doesn't work take a senior guy and tell him you have a guy beside you already

Just clearly tell him bout you feelings it's okay to not live someone like the way he want many times people loves wrong peeps experienced hope it's help:)
