Talking helps a lot but I need to work on fokes ing on answer ing question s that makes me think before I answer

It's a very common thing for teenagers to go through but what he is feeling is important so have a long personal talk with him. Try to understand from his perspective. Be supportive, that's the most important thing. Also mobile phone addiction is also common among teenagers. But if you do realize that it's a bit too much I suggest that he leaves social media because addiction and both depression is due to social media. But DO NOT take away his phone. Just ask him and negotiate with him. Tell him that he can be on YouTube and all just apps like Instagram... and when he does leave, engage him in other activities like road trips or family get togethers it's gonna work out.:)
