Studies brings a lot of stress not because we are unable to cope with it but more because we are always worried about the society pointing us out for our marks.
Marks can never define your intellect.
Trust yourself and your capabilities.
Keep working hard.
Keep your mind off the worry of future.
Stay focus only towards your present.
Do some exercise to freshen up your mind and prioritise yourself.
Same is happening with me, taking to much stress bcoz of studies, don't know why I've become stubborn to achieve my goal
