After you complete each topic give yourself a reinforcement like eat something you wish to or scroll down your social media. Keep your mind calm and self motivate yourself. Try to look at your subject material as small chunks and finish of each chunk one by one. With little planning you will be able to ace it without stress. All the best.!

So,if I finish my topic one by one...with small break can it be beneficial to me?...if I want to avoid social media...how can it be possible??

Finishing your work one by one will reduce your stress as you will have the satisfaction that at least few topics have been covered up and you might also have the motivation that other topics also would be covered in the same way.
Its all about self descipline how serious you are about your studies. Instead of dwindling in the pattern of stress that you have lot to study. You can try doing by completing your studies.
Try to draw a pros and con chart. Where you write what are gaining from scrolling down social media . And after a while start studying keeping your phone aside and now write down how much you could cover your syllabus after keeping your phone aside. You will able to see the difference.
If you feel it's tough for you to avoid social media,then try setting a reinforcement for yourself where on completion of one topic successfuly you can use your phone for 15min. Gradually reduce the time to 10min,5min. But you have to be careful that you are following the rules set by you. After all you are the one who is going to benefit out of this.
