Hi, due to poor financial conditions my work and study affected and which leads me to depression because all my relatives always taunt me for my father's poor financial condition. I am 26 years old and earning through graphic design which is not sufficient for our monthly needs,also my dog frequently going through illness. Due all of these problems I feel mentally and physically low,going through frequent headache,back pain,discomfort in sleeping and sitting in one place and also facing problem with focusing,and extremely lethargy. Please tell me what to do
