i dnt know i feel left out i dnt feel valued I'm my family i feel like a burden

i started going to job recently
So you planning work so
If you have work your family they value you but i think your family still value you even you do not have work maybe this is myside and mindset you do not have activities to do while pandemic at the moment so your mind stress no matter what happen our family our side
Try to do activities in your house do cleaning a simple so they notice you
And your environment try to light up i mean if environment clean your mind feel relax
And avoid thinking much like example here iamears we feel relax to release our own problem and depression
i have few thoughts in my head which is irritating ...

i feel irritated and uncomfortable around every noise or sound i jxt can't handle any of sounds make my head spin
i do try to sleep in that case but it doesn't happen..
