Stressed out about exams

My Jee Mains is on Sunday and I'm so scared. It's my last attempt at having a good and stable life. My dad went bankrupt this year because our business has suffered a lot due to Covid. If I don't get into a good govt college my parents won't be able to afford my education. I'm panicking and as soon as I look at mock papers right now my hands start shaking.

Listen if you want to do well, then you have to calm down. Take a break from studying for a day if you have to, right now it's important that you're able to reproduce everything you've studied so far in the exam. This isn't going to be the end of your life even if you do badly, it never is. So just do your best and leave the rest upon God.

Between your study sessions watch or fo things that make you happy. I often watch stand up comedies to improve my mood and then get back to studying. It calms me down and helps me focus more later.

I can relate to your stress. Remember it's just an exam. Have faith in yourself, and work consistenly towards preps.. Visualise yourself doing it well every night before you sleep, it will help you keep a calm head. God bless you and all the best
