How to affectively stay motivated to stick to a schedule? I keep making these plans or lists of tasks to complete but i can never really abide by them for long.As a result i end up accomplishing nothing and no work gets done on most days.Now I am lagging behind in my studies and the stress of getting back on track is piling up
