    I usually get distracted very quickly while studying or anything in general due to adhd so it's hard for me to study too so I understand. Try putting on a pomodoro asmr video on YouTube while studying, you can just search study with me. it really helps me stay focused and motivated while studying or you can also try listening to some lofi beats which reduces my stress and anxiety while studying and also makes studying less horrible. hope this helps
