i used to stammer growing up .. was made fun of a lot at home/school . What really helped me was ... try reading books loudly everyday preferably in front of a mirror , singing loud also helps . Needs to be done everyday it took time and patience , don't get disheartened if people make fun or something of that sort. You also could try consulting speech therapist(i didn't as i didn't stutter.. i had a real bad stammer)

whats the difference between stammer and stutter

stuttering and stammering mostly cause the same issues underlying reasons that cause such problems maybe different for both . Do read aloud with clear pronounciation everyday multiple times .. sing really loud while taking shower that's what I used to do anyway. Try not to get affected by how others are reacting, people will always say stuff no matter what. Do this with your brother support each other don't lose heart .It is okay. If you can consult speech therapist then good ... it is good to have a professional right. And if not that's okay too I did it on my own will take time. And also try and figure out why/when is the stammer/stutter ocurring . Is it due to anxiety , nervousness , being afraid or something else like genetics etc. It will be okay😊

as i am studying psychology and its my 3rd year I studied about it and they said to take talk therapy but I feel like my teachers didn't noticed me and if they noticed they didn't took it serious issue they just let it go thats why I'm also not seeking help from teachers
