some of my very special friends suddunly starts ignore me and suddunly blocked me in every apps like whatsapp instagram everywhere. so i deleted my whatsapp account because i cant handle the pain feel like never trust anyone. evryone cheats i dont have any friends. every one come into my life fill me with love and feel spl and leave. this is the second time. every friends think iam a bad person but iam only text them with good intention. no one understand me. when iam happy again...!!!

Hey thanks for reaching out 😊 It is natural to feel this way when you are ignored. It would be healthier if you develop self love and work on managing your expectations in relationships. Practicing cognitive restructuring and having less of emotional involvement would help. Seeking professional counseling would help you to manage your emotions and development of self love.
