Whenever you feel any physical symptom sit somewhere in the room and in a very comfortable position. Tell yourself that is just a matter of few minutes, it’s going to okay, you are fine.
Start to practice deep breathing right in the moment and complete divert your attention towards inhaling and exhaling.
Maintain a thought journal
Make two columns on it on the left side write negative and on the. Right write positive noe by the end of the day write down all the begative thoughts you experienced and on the right side replace them with positive ones.
Now reimagine those situation with this new positive thoughts.
Give yourself positive affirmations that you are enough and doing great.
Let me know after few days how you felt, did it help in changing your perspectives.
This exercise is know as thought disputing.

ok. i will giveit a try. actually, right now,i am having a little difficulty with breathing. i can breathe but I can't get a full inhale so I just try to inhale whatever amount of air no matter how little to help myself. I also try to do the chores I need to do giventhe situation. Should I stop whatever I am doing if anxiety tries to creep in?
sutil
Anxiety is always in my mind. I can't seem to get it off my thinking..it's with me by the time I wake up in the morning until night. It only kind of settles down when I am almost going to sleep. Everything mostly settles down and their is some "peace and quiet" time (at least even for a couple of hours - for which I am very thankful for!!)..then..when I wake up the following day - anxiety is also back again..kind of like on a "stand-by" mode and waiting to trigger anytime again. it "Stays" the whole day within me..
