Sorry to hear your loss. You should try deep breathing exercises and relaxing. I know the time are difficult but we have to get through them together 🙂

I did breath focus for my anxiety . It’s a 20mins exercise , which one did you do?

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand that this pandemic has really given a difficult time to every family. Losing loved ones and bearing with the pain all alone isn’t easy.
