You need to first have some confidence in yourself. Also, you need to do some breathing exercises and start getting physically active as this will get your mind off the anxiety.
you are the way you are...if you love yourself,no matter what others say you wont feel anxious...if someone is telling something let them say and remember that they are noone in your life...your life is how you want it to be..
