u shud talk, do u feel u need some to hear u out, without judging u, many time all our heart wants is to be heard and appreciated
you should try and find someone to talk to most we just want someone who will listen to us and try this process which is catch your thoughts then check them why I am I having these thoughts then try to change them or you can write down how you feel.

Talk to someone... more and more u open up y feel free.. if u not able to talk with anyone.. just take a piece of paper.. write down all the feelings..write the things you are struggling with.. why u feel depressed.. is there any negative toxic people u r dealing with?.. do you have stress of work?.. Do u overthink abt past and future?.. have you lost someone?.. or are you missing out something in your life?.. what kind of life you u wd love to live?.. what kind of people you will love and deserve around you?.. What things you could do to deserve lovely people and life around you...write these things.
someone friends are poisonous in your life,that friendship was not meant to be in the first play so please talk to someone ...or I'm here
