Suicidal thoughts coming back

Question

I had been pretty suicidal in around January of this year, it was a really rough phase for me but I somehow lasted through the bad days and was leading a normal life. But the cycle is beginning to happen once again and it even more worse this time. I'm not sure I have the energy or strength to take it anymore.

Your life is precious my friend. I understand that it's tiring to go through the same issues again and again but you can make it out alive. Also I suggest you consider some counseling as this sounds like a serious long term problem. Till then, please take care of yourself.

I can feel your pain Zidane. It's a rough and long terrain. You may not see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. But take my word. There's light. Persist through this phase and happy times will be back again very soon brother.
