I feel sorry for what you feel..its common with ppl to feel low..its okay to feel so..try to speak it out with your dear one or try writng it and post it..respnse from ppl will sooth you...you are not alone in this...May Allah bless you with peace..Ameen

Hi dopeyCake9. I actually came here for someone to talk to myself but your post and comment touched a nerve with me. I have experience of this myself, both personally and with my daughter. It is easy to hide the truth isn't it, especially when you feel like no one cares or that you will be judged for your thoughts. My question to you is, are you ready and wanting to be helped? Because if not, then even the best therapist/councillor etc cannot help you. You need to WANT to live, for you. Imagine that there are no issues blocking your path, is the future attractive to you without the problems?
