I'm here for you. I just want to tell you that God loves you so much and He created you. You are extremely desirable, and the fact that you can come up here and admit your thoughts is a step in the right direction. Try taking deep breaths, or try reading. Reading will stimulate your mind and keep your mind from these thoughts. Maybe a light-hearted book to start? Breathing exercises will help you remain in the present and detach yourself from your thoughts. Positive affirmations are beneficial, as well. Say to yourself, "I will not be taken. Death cannot have me. These thoughts are not who I am. God saves me."
