symptoms of depression and suicidal thoughts

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I am feeling alone...little depressed...not able to do my regular work.... Some back regret memories in mind ..... Self respect have been rugged in soil..... Every instant my eyes is full of tears and i know how i control it.... Feeling weak mentally.....a big emotional fool. ..... Many times i got suicidal thoughts but i know nothing will change with this.....

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure it must be really difficult for you. What happened? Do you mind telling? Suicide is not an option, we can definitely find a way out of it.

I can understand, I have been through a similar situation, the first thing I did was to decide that I don't deserve this sadness and forgave myself. I started accepting and appreciating the good in my life.
