I was with a guy for 3 years and oneday i saw him deleting texts of this girl , when i confronted him he said she is just a frnd , days later he broke up with me only to date her . I wasn't ready so i begged him to stay, he started abusing me , asking for my nudes or make me strip . I was very sad and i started smoking and drinking, later i was sexually abused by my own uncle , when i told him about this all he said was-'stop making a fuss'. it's been 3 months n i never contacted him but now he texts me thrice a month only to meet and ask about my life  .

when you meet somebody and your heart pounds, your hands shake, your knees go weak, thats not the one. When you meet yoursoul mate  u'll feel calm. No anxiety, No agitation. ur life will get better when you realize its better to be alone than chase people who don't really care about you.

Hi, take a hold of yourself and your life I think it's time for you to take actions rather than letting yourself feel awful for other's actions. Remember you're responsible for only your actions not of others. It's okay to be not okay
