I don’t know what to say as it’s tough for you but you’ve got to be strong and look forward in life

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure this must be getting really difficult to cope with. This is a lot to process. Grieving is a part of life. You can never forget the person and their memory will always bring that sad feeling. What we have to do is to accept what has happened and try to outgrow from the situation. Obviously they can’t come back but can we cherish the time they spent with us. Considering your partner, you don’t want to be in the space where you are not loved or accepted. It’s good that things got over before it was too late. Try to focus on yourself and happiness comes when you acknowledge, appreciate and practice gratitude for the things and people around you. You can be happy again! For sure.
