Depression

Hello everyone ig. Please help. 🙏 I am having bad troubles with my mom. She has been bedridden for 2.5 years and our financial conditions are bad that has taken a toll on her brain. She says REALLY hurtful and hateful things, makes my life so difficult, apologizes and then again starts with the same shit. I love her but each passing day it has done a number on my menral health which is crashing. Idk what to do, talking doesn't helps. I ahbe cried and begged her multiple times to not destroy me and stop with her hate and next day she is the same. Please tell me what I should do.

hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure you must be having a very difficult time. It surely is a stressful situation to be in. What is exactly her behavior towards you? If it is persistent then she might be in need of some medicine.

I know and I support her in EVERY WAY possible, I look after her, support her, listen to her repeating nonsense cuz I know she needs me. But she never acknowledges and encourages me. And since lockdown I have been taking online dental school classes since 2 years and I am exhausted- from all the unnecessary fights, she not listening to me and always complaining and finding fault and controlling me. I am myself a patient of severe anxiety amd depression and after 2m5 years of being strong I am breaking. It's taking a toll on me. I love her but each day, it's getting hard and she is NOT changing.
