i want to be with him but he is fighting every single day .he doubts me but i am truly in love with him i want him to understand me but he is not understanding he just thinks i have cheated on him but i have never thought to cheat with him bcz i love him i never thought of living without him never thought of break ups or i never dreamed with someone else than him but just dont understand me ...is ther anyone who can help me talk with me and give better solution ont this how should i handle firstly myself then him amd this relationshil

Have you tried talking to your partner regarding this, ask him what makes him doubt you? Express your feelings to him.

yes we have talked a lot of times regarding this, but he just dont want to understand me

he was not like this he used loved me a lot but now i dont know he ignores me he behaves like he is not interested in me ...and the thing is now i have told my parents about my relationship with him and they have accepted it everytthing is alright for them but here we are now we are just fighting nkt even celebrating that our parents have accepted

I see, I think you should talk to him in future prospects that this going to affect your relationship in the long run.

exactly ..we had conversation reg this that this is going to affect the relationship badly but he just blames me he just says this is all bcz of me ....i dont understand what can do...but its not a bigg thing bcz i never cheated on him as such and that is the reason i am with him till now
