I have trust issue. I lost trust on my partner due an issue . Though he said that he will not repeat it . I couldn't rebuild me trust on him , because of the fear of getting hurt again . What should I do now ? This is really affecting me. I need help

I can really understand what you faced. Have a talk with him tell him this is how you feels . Everyone deserves a second chance but make sure you are comfortable in continuing a relationship with him.

Give your relationship some space and time. Ask your partner to cooperate with you in this, discuss with your partner about how have you been feeling and he/she will have to put in extra efforts to win back your trust. Don’t be so harsh on yourself too, let your boundaries be a little agile.
