Trying to be the center of attraction in every situation
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I try to grab others attention. Even if I am getting made fun of still I feel relieved that atleast I am getting attention. If I am not called then I feel I did something and they may feel I am troublesome. How to stop these thoughts? Sometimes I do random idiotic stuff just to get attention. I also realise this when I am alone but how to stop it?
