trying to find me

I am in my late40's.my kids are all grown up. all is good. but I feel I lost myself somewhere along the way. I can't remember how and who I was. can anyone tell me what to do. it makes me sad

it's a spiritual void..you are longing for something that can be attained by spiritual knowledge...and maybe if it's severe consult professional help..I am also on my late 40s and I experienced it and hence dealing with it
