So far I am doing well about keeping the negitive at bay, and not letting it get me down, it is hard because I have allowed those back of your mind negitive voices talk me oit of alot of things ALOT its almost weird to ignore them but I am doing so much better. And I'm opening up to trusted people about a trauma that I went through and getting support in that as well.
