How to deal if boyfriend dumps over a message and that too after 7 years and you cannot do anything like meeting him or face to face talking...how to come out t Of this? It is very difficult and hard ti accept all the sudden changes and shattered future..how to deal with it.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this But I think there must be some reason for anyone to do this to such a long relationship Maybe you should wait till you can talk to him or just call him and be strong and for once and for all ask him what's happened.

I know how heartbreaking it gets, it seems like life is going to end. But hang in there, try to accept it. You have many other things to manifest in life other than being in relationship, focus on yourself. try to spend time with your loved ones, try to make peace with this new change. It will take time but it will all be okay.

Then what you need to do is focus on yourself Things you like books you like movies you wanna watch things you've sacrificed in this relationship that you always wanted to do. He needs to know that you're not just some one like that who can be put away just like that. I hope it helps and you feel better

I am sorry for the heartbreak you are going through first of all your motto should be if he breaks my then I'm glad im no longer with him he doesn't care about you and he left you and there is no reason for you to stay hung up on his toxic betraying ass. Don't even bother thinking about him he broke your heart end of story no need to call no need to miss everything was a lie for 7 years and be glad that lie is over and you finally saw the truth.
