my partner left me.. i said sorry to her appologised for my mistake that i ignored her for while. She is now like my friend and we talk also but onoy as a friend. all this is killing me and im even having increased heart rate now and then im unabke to sleep.. as soon as i go to sleep my body starts shivering

Have you tried talking to her, that it's getting really uncomfortable for you. But please don't force her for being in a relationship, because it's her own choice and she might be needing space. But do express how you feel, and prepare your mind that can you take a break from this?
