hi, I am facing the same problem and I have tried multiple things to resolve this, but none of them worked too good, but some really worked. Not permanently but temporarily yes. I would suggest you to first set your routine, like fix your sleeping and waking up time. And most importantly keep yourself away from dopamine. I mean if you sometimes waste time on your internet then do not even touch it. But if you need it for studying then try logging of that account and create a new account which you will only use for studies. Secondly you should try to study at a particular place. Like avoid studying in bed and very comfortable position. Very shoes while studying and study on a table and chair. Lastly you need to believe yourself that you can do it. Think how far you have come, you can't quit now. Just a few more weeks and then you will be free. Most importantly talk about your studies with a person who does not get jealous of you. I am facing the same situation from months and nobody wants to help and nobody can even help me, because I have to help myself. So you need to help yourself get out of it but you can take advice. So try talking with someone and make plans with he/she that next time you talk with that person only when you will complete 1 or 2 chapters.
