It is natural to feel this way due to monotonous schedule in the lockdown. Developing new hobbies would be helpful. Also a new fitness regime with proper diet would be helpful.
Going for a physical examination would help you to rule out any physical conditions like hyperthyroidism/ hypothyroidism etc.

but its been two years i an doing nothing. In the eyes of my parents i am studying hard but deep inside my heart i know that i am just spending my day like a waste. every night i go to bed with a promise to myself that i will study tomorrow and will not be depressed. but when the sun rises i feel the same as other days. hopeless ,energyless and stressed.
