can not concentrate on studies. i am a neet aspirant . i want to be one of the best doctor in india . but when i want to study i cant concentrate on it. sometime i want to spend my time alone in nature , and sometime feel crying and afraid for my career choice . i cant understand my suitation now , and cant understand whats going on my mind .

Hi!I can understand, I am glad you have a vision in life. I think you need motivation in life, how about listening to podcasts or any success story, Try to seek guidance from your seniors. Don't stick to one study routine, look for different options. Make a vision board for yourself and an action plan. Just start, give yourself that initial push. Things will fall into place.
