Try the pomodoro technique, in that you basically have only 25 minutes to cover up the topics and then you get a 5 minute break. As you continue, the short breaks turn into longer breaks for 15 mins. That way you won't become tired and your brain will retain more knowledge and function better.
Tip: during your break make sure you do an activity which doesn't require active thinking, for example taking a walk

Try to make a realistic schedule and slowly increase your studying hour. Make sure that you don't use your phone in the study window, you can only use it in the break time and that too for restricted time.
Pick one subject at a time. Make a daily agenda in morning.
