unable to concentrate on studies

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

hOw to concentrate on studies? Now i have changed my life style also. I get up at 6 sleep till 11 then also m not able to concentrate. I am always in past. Whenever I watch classes then m focused but when i open my books for self study i can't concentrate. Plzz help me out

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand at times it becomes difficult for us to study on our own. A normal attention span on any person is 20-25 mins. Try to divert your mind for 5 minutes after every half an hour and follow a realistic schedule. Be strict to only 5 mins break and 25 mins studying. Segregate you study material. Give yourself sometime, go out for any physical activity or pick up a hobby to keep your mind off the stress.
