It's okay it happens. Close your eyes, and notice your body and surroundings..u dont need to have a silent mind or a silent place. Notice your deep breathes and notice what you are feeling. Dont fight it just accept it and whatever thing that is upsetting you, try to figure it out

You can try to stay focused by planning your studies/ topics beforehand.
Making a check list and rewarding yourself for checking it all.
