i really want to study but i also want to watch a show , so i decide i will watch the show for a little time and then study for the entire day and then at night i will watch a little more but i end up watching it all the time . i used to be very studious before watching it. iam just in student in school nd i goto a coaching which prepares for engineering which is something i want to do and i will but how do i get rid of this habbit of watching the show all timw

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am glad you are motivated to study. Why don’t you make a schedule and try to limit your screen time?

i think u should try to reward yourself by watching ur show for ex take two topics and if it will be completed then u can watch 1 ep of your fav show
