Unable to control emotions

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Anxiety

Dont know why i unable to control my emotions...I get angry, feeling sad without proper reason.....Unable to tell anyone...!! sometime feel like nothing good will happen with me....unable to sleep sometime and sometime i sleep too much.,geting bored with everything...Not like to talk with people...,.can it will be okay??

Have you tried journalling your thoughts, maybe then you will be anle to understand yourself better. How is your day like?
