Hello..i am 19 year old girl...i am badly in need of help...i am nit getting whats happening with me...i feel i can't open up myself...i am in such a toxic environment damn stressed...continue racing thoughts ...can't focus on study...stuck in my head...trying to do many self care practices but nothing work..pls help pls.....i am getting week..numb...hopeless...pls help...

I don't know...i just get frustated very easily....my mind is not working....my toxic environmemt is like they always demotivate me...i can't define...its there...pls help..please....

Many a times my mind is like i am sick...u know..when we are sick..mind wanders so much..it creates so much imagination..full of unnecessary thoughts...thats like my mind has become...pls help pls...i feel realy dirty..

Hi Ayushi, I think you shoould keep yourself busy. Join some classes that interest you. Like pottery, baking or do some course

Hi Ayushi. Since you don't know. What the problem is which leads you getting frustrated. I invite you to calm down. Take few breaths and then take a paper and pen whenever you feel frustrated and write you feelings, thoughts,anger on it. And then read it out loud. This might help to know your concern.
