I can only imagine the pain you must be going through. But you will have to accept it. You are very strong. Acknowledge your worth and know that you deserve good things in life. Give yourself sometime to outgrow this feeling. Have you been able to share how did it happen?

S_doom it's been 6 months and i can not overcome it...i don't have friends to share with and i can not even share it with my parents as they have really different way of perspective...at day time i just manage somehow but at nights i can not cope with i eventually end up crying.. it's been months now i can not control over my tears...i don't feel like doing anything ..i dettached myself from social media too...i searched a lot in google and you tube how to feel good but nothing worked...then i found this app and i thought may be here someone will listen me

swork212 Somewhere there is my fault..he needed me but i could be there with him ...he was going through a worse phase of his life..he lost his dad but i thought he need some space ..i kept on praying for him ...i just wanted him to be fine...i too was so upset with the news but infact he didn't need space he needed me and later he told me...but it's just that everything didn't fall into place...here I'm the one who left alone,sad,depressed...he loved me sooo much ..he cared for me but what i did is wrong..i should have there with him but i couldn't

May be you can meet him and try to discuss and explain all the things and he will definitely understand it if he is not attached to someone else during that period. My story, not sure how to explain. I was having a best friend who was very close to me.. we both share everything to each other.. I cared a lot of her and she also did.. I get habitual to talk to her to share my positive and negative thoughts and after sharing i was feeling good. And she was slaso doing same. But suddenly she started ignoring me.... I asked then she said that she is busy in her job.. But i notice that most of time see was be online on whatsapp and Insta... but when i replied then she ignore and reply that will talk later as she is busy... One day i go to meet her to give her a surprise without telling her, then from her phone i noticed that she is talking to a guys who was her crush about 3 month ago but they did break up.. She told me that she can't live without her crush... I told her that that is fine, You are my best fiend and i should respect your feeling but why you are avoiding me.. Then she promised and said that she will not doo.. Till 1 week it was good and then again its started to avoid me.. I sent a gift to her but she did not even opened it and telling lie that she did not received it, I hurt badly with this ignorance and decided to leave him ... She told that she is fine to leave as she dont have any feeling with me... 20 Days we did not talk and I was literally in kind of dperession... I tried to told my friends on this but rather understanding me, they started calling me stupid... I was kind of very funny guys to make fun to have smile on other faces... I use to have parties with my friends.. but slowly everyone goes away from me becasuse i was not happy from inside, and if you are not happy then you can not make feel other happy too. Now i am alone cant share my feeling to anyone. Still i could not forget her and still i tried to call and msg her but she respond rudely sometimes or did not respond.

@ramveersgh it's very sad to know...but the thing is one sided feelings actually hurts ..and if i will tell you mine i can't meet him..he left the city 1 month ago with his family and shifted to Delhi...he called me once before leaving just to inform me...so he doesn't want to talk to me ! I can understand he is in pain as he lost his dad whom he loved soo much ...i don't really want to annoy him more with all the stuffs between us but...it's just not going well with me...well i will suggest you to find the love .. someone who would love you over anything i don't know much about you or your best friend but after hearing your story ...i felt your best friend loved her crush may be for her you were just a friend whom she call when needed ... you know universe has a different way of everything and everything falls into place when required...and sometimes it's ok to be ok...sharing is a thing which reduce the mental stress so I and you are doing here..so just find someone who would love you over anything choose you over anything...and never just never takes things lightly in relationship..i did so i lost the one. And the worst part is nothing was wrong between us.. everything was just perfect between us but it's me who is not understanding and screwed up everything ...i wish i could fix everything

@Priya.. Thanks Priya, I understand that u took lightly which cause the issue but between us I was showing over care which cause issue between us. We must need to maintain the balance in relationship and that is the only key. Regarding finding the love, its not easy specially now days when you are not feeling to talk anyone, you are lonly and not happy from inside. As i told, i was having lot of peoples before but i lost all of them because if my current nature.. I wish for you as well... Just one thing to know that ... Did you try to call him and did discussion?

@ramveersgh i tried to talk to him through messeges...and i can feel the pain he was going through after that loss and then he clarified me that he needed me not the space which i gave him... that's all after that he doesn't reply or reply rude...and afterwards my messeges are getting continuously ignored...1 week ago i worte a long para where i told him everything from my side where i went wrong i apologised a no. Of times between all these 6 months but i think i don't deseve an apology.. because my apology can't bring him the time when he was alone and he needed a friend but we broke up before that incident so i thought he don't need me...i distanced myself from him which was way too hurtful...

I still respect you and feel what wrong i did in my stupidity unknowingly. let me know if i can do anything to fix my mistake of past... everyone one disserve a once chance so I too. Dont rush to feel good.. Break ups takes time...so give time to yourself..you will feel bad..guilty,hurt..let he emotions flow..just say..its ok..i owe the part of the mistake..now i will work on it...and half part of the mistake is your ex's part...because if you screwed up then at least he should understand you or the reason why you did that( i am not sure what exactly happened between you but assuming that its a fight out of misunderstandinhs)..if both parties get angry then definetly there is no furure to the relationship..so shift your focus for sometime and take your time.. That's all you can do and you should do 😊

@ramveersgh i tried this too...i said him that i know I'm stupid and i screwed up everything but can you please forgive me ..how can i make it up!! But he doesn't replied anything ...i just wished him all the happiness and success..still everyday i pray for him...if he is happy without me ..i will never wanted to be even around him..not even as a frnd but the only thing which I'm stressed about is how can I undo the love which i have for him...how much time will it take to move on..i can't ... nothing pleases me i tried everything ..i like singing ...i tried to distract myself i tried crafting painting ... spending time with family my brother but whenever i sit alone...i couldn't control myself couldn't control my feelings....i actually don't know what to do now... it's been 6 months i haven't studied anything ...i scored 95.4% in my 12 boards somehow this year and as you know this year we haven't even gave exams...but after that i couldn't focus myself on anything.. movies web series social media...nothing pleases me i don't know what to do

@Pia It feels like nothing is working out for us..but those are the checkpoints god puts for us to make sure if we are commited to our goal and dont give up when we feel that way..so just keep doing ehat you do..because it is working out for you..its just that negetive engergies are trying to distract you..now you decide..do you want to entertain those negative energies?

@Priya... I know we dont know each other much but i will suggest you to do this only for 2 weeks. And i believe for 2 weeks you can manage to do it forcefully even your mood is not good to do, I gurntee you that it may not sove everything but at least you will feel better. - 1. Send ur last message to him as i described earlier. It will give you internal satisfaction that you tried a lot to fix this but if other person does not want that to fix then that's fine. 2. I'm in touch with a mentor he also told me for meditation as it is good for mind also but i couldn't because it really take me a lot to sleep at night so i wake up late ...but from tomorrow i will give it a try all of the above you have said. @Piya I completely understand your situation my friend i was in the same situation..in fact i am still going through it..i will tell you what i do..i just remind myself that i am feeling sad, depressed and that's ok..its valid to have fomo when u see your ex going away from you and dating someone else..in my he is dating someone else..i feel extremely hurt but at this moment what can do? Can i go to him and tell him to come back to me? Can i tell him stop loving that girl? Can i yell at him for leaving me and not giving me one chance? I just can't do anything. And even if i do such things then i think i will prove him right he will feel like he made right decision. So just continue your life..even when u r not actually talking to him u r still giving him negetive snd needy energies..stop giving those energies to him and use that energy for yourself. 😊

I am kind of in this situation But he was the one screwd it...i forgave him.. I have feelings for him also ..we are in good terms n friends but i can't accept the fact he has been cheating on me for 2 years ,evenif its a long distance...... He says he has only me in his heart .... But i feel he can never overcome his guilt evenif we are together now ..

@slayer it's sad to know...and what you did is right . Everything is acceptable but cheating is not.

Same thing happened to me I love my wife but she doesn't like to live with me anymore I don't know what happened to her I miss her in my lonely time

@Piya Thanks for sharing your last efforts you made by sending the message. And as you said that some argument happen and you finally said the Good Bye. Good to hear that because at least you will have the mental satisfaction that you tried your best. Now its on your self respect and please please do not send any message now. Lets move on..... Drop msg here if you feel much alone or sad in future..... But do not send any message to him now because you will loose you self respect. Good to know that you started the exercise today. As u know its will take some time to have effect and not a day result come. So i will advise you... Does not matter when you woke up or go to sleep, Just make the practice to these exercise after wakeup and before the sleep. I started it form today only.. I was doing it in past but because of my hospitalization i stopped doing it. Lets review it after 15 days if any affect there. Good Luck :-)

@Piya.. Around 2 week before I was having dengue fever and for that I get hospitalized.. Now recover from the weakness.. So coming back to my daily routine...
