1 year ago my best friend left me and boyfriend cheated on me to . I don't have friends at all. Recently I met a boy at starting he treated me very special but since last 2 days he behaving very rudely and ignoring we are not even in relationship but he use to treats me very special before but not now. I have problem of overthinking since many days I am not able to sleep . I cry all night everyday .I don't know what to do . I get suicidal thoughts every day . What should I do now ?

Hey! Thanks for trusting us. I am sure you must be feeling disturbed in such a situation. I can understand your anxiousness you must be getting dreadful thought because of your past experiences. Have you tried talking to that person and asking if he has some problem or if something has happened. Try not to assume things and clear your doubts. Also please don’t generalise. People are different. Give yourself some time if you’re not ready. Regarding your friends have tried reconnecting with other friends of yours?
