It's okay to feel hurt. It's okay to not to be okay. Moving on is a slow process. You can try to divert your mind in something you love doing. Use your time productively and keep yourself occupied. The thoughts about your partner will pass as passing clouds. You can aknowlege them and move forward. Take good care of yourself. Breakups can be physically and mentally exhausting hence good diet and good sleep is essential. Pamper yourself with lot of care and love. Write down how you feel. Or write a letter to yourself expressing your thoughts. Bottle down your feelings. Stay connected with friends and family.
