you always have yourself, and soon, you will know thats enough. being codependant on someone always hurts, but we can only take a stand and love life to the fullest.

I'm at the exact same spot as you right now. Just force yourself to do something. Everytime I feel myself slipping I remind myself you can't give up.
Try to immerse yourself. I'm a skincare junkie , I post comments and upload my experiences about certain products on reddit. That way it keeps me engaged. I hope you'll be fine soon. We all will take care.
