After not talking for 7 months we finally talked and sorted things out,I told him I was scared because I felt like he would leave again to which he said he won't but 10 mins back I got to know again that I'm correct and we should not continue it because he is not emotionally okay and will destroy my mental state too. Well I guess he already did. I'm not able to breathe l,I don't even know what to do,why did I trust him again

I'm sorry to hear this. I can see that you're in a lot of pain. Please dont be hard on yourself. You trusted someone but the fact that they couldn't respect that is on them. I know this betrayal must be very painful. But stay strong. Are there friends and family you can reach out to?
