Hi, The person I fall in love with, married someone else because of family pressure. I feel intense pain and sadness from last 5 months. How to get rid of it n make yourself accept this. I keep stalking him every day. I am not stable. How to deal with everything

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand that this must be really difficult for you. This feeling will not vanish in a day. But you will have put in conscious efforts to move on in life. Step one could be- not stalking him. keep yourself occupied. Try to accept it, cherish the good memories you have of that person. Invest in yourself and try to grow from this situation. Whatever happens, happens for a reason. Acknowledge the feeling, feel it, accept it and then grow from it.
