my bf broke up with me last october when he went for higher studies abroad. it was sudden. within a week I felt things changed and the same month he broke up saying he doesnt feel the same. before the breakup evrything was good. he loved me so much. so caring. but he broke up suddenly. he didnt even say sorry. I am stuck. I also feel anxious thinking if him with someone else.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand, how difficult it must be for you. But he hasn’t given any explanation and left you hanging, which isn’t right. Try to accept this change. What he is doing is not your concern anymore. He wasn’t right for you, what he did can never be done by a sensible man.

the only explanation I got is that he himself didnt know that things were so shallow. we were together for 3.5 years. all those 3.5 years he made me believe that he is serious about me. he even introduced me to his family members. I am not able to get closure. I cant stop thinking about this.

I can understand, it will be really difficult. But that part is now over. You must be feeling terrible, it’s okay, acknowledge this feeling, feel it- be with it and then try to out grow it.
