Give yourself sometime. Also, do things which you love doing as it will get your head off such things. For instance, when I broke up I ended up going for shopping and eating outside

Try to reconnect with your friends, spend some quality time with yourself and your family. Try to accept it, trust the timing you will outgrow this feeling.

i am currently in the same situation, sadly i dont have any friends i lost them all over the years and had a son whos is now 6, i think noing leaving is the rite choice for me and my mental state but terrified of bein alone in my head if i had friends i would be so much stronger its so difficult im scared
