unable to cope with a break up

Question

Hi.. I have been in a beautiful relationship for 3 years which had a fair share of ups and downs. We had lot of fights. My gf started disliking me and yet we were in a relationship. Closer to the lockdown we had a fight and she broke up with me. Most of the fights have been over phone and since we haven't seen there has been no closure on this. Now she says she likes someone which I don't believe. I am going through anxious days and my gf isn't keen on getting  back with me. Is there a solution to this? I am unable to forget any memory of her and I still love her truly.. Thanks

Hi I am sorry to hear this. Break up can be hard to handle. Relationship is two way street. Both have to be equally present and willing to take it further. One sided efforts only leads to frustration. We cannot  control other persons feeling for us. . I understand it might be tough for you to go through those memories. Try to divert your mind to do something productive for yourself. Something you love. Work on your self for yourself.have healthy lifestyle and take good care of yourself
