i feel so fucking depressed.I get dreams of my ex boyfriend.It gives me anxiety.Its been 5 years since we broke up and still i had his dreams.

It’s normal as it has affected you a lot. Just don’t try to think about it much and distract yourself. Even if you get his dreams don’t give it importance

Must hve been a very toxic relationship. You hve to let go and ignore your dream. Can’t give expert advice on this but will pray you overcome these bad thoughts

No I am not able to accept it.Its been 5 years approx and I am still like i get bad trip when i even think of him.I am so afraid that I cant even see him.
