Hey. Welcome. Thank you for sharing. I would recommend you to do with small steps. Try to focus what you can put in your life to make it easyer to cope with it. I usually deal it in a way that I write what are the things I would like to achieve (realistic plan) and than try to do it as much as I can. If I make it just 75percent, is fine as well. I always treat myself with something nice (good tea,cup of coffee, hot chocolate) afterwards. Sometimes I also force myself to go a bit confort zone: i do this once a week. It is really hard at the beginning, but then it gets much easyer. Think also how much you focus on your body: do you exercise? How long do you spend on computer or phone? And the most important, talk about this with your family and friends. It is important to have a good support. Also getting rid of depression is a long term proces, so it take times but I am sure you can do it. Good luck! :)
